Intellectual Property

You keep ownership of your original audio and your resulting transcription. TalkToTextly owns the site, brand, design, and original product materials.

Availability and Accuracy

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or perfect transcription accuracy. Results can vary based on audio quality, background noise, language, device memory, and browser support.

Suspension or Restriction

Because TalkToTextly does not require accounts, we may limit or block access to protect the service if we detect abuse, unlawful use, automated attacks, or behavior that harms the site or other users.

Limitation of Liability
